Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven telecaller executive with expertise in cold calling to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to initiate outbound calls to potential customers who may have little or no prior interaction with our products or services. The Telecaller Executive will play a key role in generating leads, creating interest, and setting appointments for the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cold Calling:
    • Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using a well-defined script.
    • Introduce our products or services, create interest, and qualify potential leads.
  2. Appointment Setting:
    • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
    • Ensure accurate and detailed recording of appointments in the CRM system.
  3. Product/Service Knowledge:
    • Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telephony systems is a plus.
  • Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
